I remember when Will and I were discussing a different project back in the day, and we were going to use Zezem the Cruel there. He was somewhat different, but one of the things we discussed was his use of the mace. Now, I had an entirely different looking mace in mind there, but I won’t describe here because that’ll get used somewhere down the line, maybe in a whole other comic. But I’m glad that Will put that nod to our/his thoughts about the character here.
